Get a better understanding of the usage and performance of their range of product offerings in their procurement and e-tendering platform. Their aim was to improve the overall user experience and maximize the volume and LTV of buyers and sellers in their online marketplace. With no existing product analytics platform in place, the key stakeholders had no way to identify problem areas or analyze opportunities for growth.

Uptimal were brought in to identify an appropriate solution before selecting and implementing the technology that would allow Mercell to address the problem they were trying to solve. The project began with discovery sessions with all key stakeholders to identify critical areas before a solution was proposed.
During the large-scale digital transformation, Uptimal successfully implemented Amplitude and build a custom integration with Hubspot, deployed a data warehouse with Snowflake and used Kafka to build pipelines for data enrichment within Amplitude. This enabled real-time tailored and personalized communications with Mercell’s customers.
Product Analytics deployment
We designed an end to end Analytics solution and implemented the appropriate technolgy allowing Mercell to get a detailed view of thier product performance and user behaviour.
Data Enrichment and Activation
We made, nearly real time, CRM data available in Amplitude for marketing teams to build segments to be used for email targeting camapings through a custom Hubspot integration.
Date Warehouse build
Mercell had a wealth of data scattered accross disparte sources, we audited and re-configured their DHW set up to ensure clean, accurate and timely data processing.
