What you will do
- Responsible for the quality of technical equipment deliveries
- Standardization and implementation of methodologies to optimize product development and delivery processes
- Coordination with other teams and technical leaders on implementation of standards and cross-cutting solutions
- Team motivation and talent management, helping with the development and professional growth of the team
- Supervise the technical work carried out by the team of developers
What you will need
- Previous experience as Tech Lead
- Experience working with React, TypeScript, NodeJs
- CSS Expertise
- Soft skills required: Team mentoring, decision-making capacity and assertive communication
- Agile methodologies working experience
