Barcelona / Hybrid / 2 days per week in office

The position

Our client is fastly growing in the MarTech field and they are looking for someone to lead their Business Development strategy due to expansion. The Business Development Director will be responsible for developing the roadmap to increase the company’s accounts mainly focusing on major players as well as new and established potential customers. This person will be an active team member who will contribute mainly to opportunity generation.

What you will do

  • Driving sales strategy so as growth marketing initiatives to increase sales
  • Leverage and develop collaborative and impactful relationships with a diverse portfolio of ecosystem providers
  • Manage multiple parties and projects while providing consistent updates to business leaders
  • Industry benchmarking and following trends at a national and international scale
  • Strategize and coordinate internal team
  • Networking activities, conferences and industry events
  • Boost innovation & continuous improvement by leading initiatives

What you will need

  • +7 years expertise in managing partner relationships, structuring and negotiating business and technical terms
  • Innate communicator
  • Results-oriented and entrepreneurship mindset
  • Proven track record working on digital services and assessing business needs
  • Previous experience in agency / consultancy firms is desirable
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Fluent English is a must
