The position

As one of the four leads on the CRM team, you will be in charge of increasing recurring business and customer lifetime value for their European clients. You will be in control of a team that will carry out the CRM promotional calendar, and you will work closely with your peers who are in charge of the planning, automation, and app subteams. This is a maternity cover with a fixed duration of 4 months.

What you will do

  • Lead a team of 6 passionate CRM specialists across 4 locations to execute on promotional planning and help increase customers’ repeat, loyalty and lifetime value
  • Own quarterly forecasting and closely monitor ongoing performance throughout the quarter
  • Define main channel and customer KPIs to report out on and own weekly&monthly performance reporting for the promotional CRM drops
  • Co-lead and coordinate the CRM tool migration in collaboration with the CRM Tech team
  • Grow, protect and develop the mailable base and that way nurture growth for the channel and customers

What you will need

  • 6+ years working experience in CRM in an e-commerce environment
  • Solid people management experience
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience in a widely used premium CRM tool, such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, Hubspot etc
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English
  • Fluent Spanish is desirable.

Salary & Conditions

  • Standard daily rate: 400€
  • Hybrid model: 1 day/week in the office (Barcelona center)
