The position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Product to lead our client’s team of Product Owners for digital products. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, possess exceptional leadership and communication skills, and have a proven track record of successfully guiding the development and growth of digital products. This role will be instrumental in shaping the product strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring digital products meet the evolving needs of their customers

What you will do

• Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear and compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives
• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of Product Owners, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of excellence in product management
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in for product strategies and initiatives
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, and ongoing optimization, ensuring products are delivered on time and within budget
• Metrics and KPIs: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of products, making data-driven decisions for product improvements

What you will need

• Proven team management and leadership experience is highly required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and high-level stakeholders
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable product strategies
• Experience as a Product Owner or similar role is a must, with a track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management
• Advanced English level is required
• Familiarity with digital product development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
• Data-driven decision-making skills and the ability to analyze and interpret product performance metrics
