The position

As a Senior Customer Experience Analyst, you will be responsible for helping our client make data-driven decisions to improve their customer experience and drive business growth. You will be working closely with different branches of the company to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions to address their challenges.

What you will do

• Work with different teams to understand their business objectives and challenges related to customer analytics and data-driven decision-making
• Develop customized analytical solutions and provide recommendations to optimize customer engagement and increase customer retention
• Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends and patterns in customer behavior and provide insights that can be used to drive business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Present findings and insights to clients in a clear and concise manner
• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in customer analytics and data-driven decision-making

What you will need

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in customer analytics, preferably in a consulting or agency environment
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets
• Experience with tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
• Proven track record of managing projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Fluent Spanish and English
