The position
As a Senior Data Analyst (Digital Marketing), you will employ advanced analytics and visualization to assess the efficiency and efficacy of marketing initiatives and digital channel performance. In order to activate and optimize digital marketing to spur further growth and efficiencies, this role will need to closely collaborate with the other specializations on the team as well as be able to partner across functions with important stakeholders in local markets, brand teams, content teams, agencies, and IT.
What you will do
- Use analytical approaches to analyze the impact and worth of digital channels including sponsored and organic search, email, media, social, etc
- Utilize data visualization and reporting to explain results, developing marketing measurement plans tailored to consumer data engagement
- Create a baseline model to compare against upcoming campaigns by developing measuring analytics of digital media campaign performance based on historical data
- Help building attribution models that take into account a consumer journey with numerous devices and steps, with different engagement points that contribute to conversion
- Assemble KPIs and success criteria with stakeholders, and advise on in-flight improvements to ensure good performance of campaigns
What you will need
- Solid experience using SQL (3-5 years)
- Working experience on reporting and doing visualisations to analyze results of media performance campaigns (3-5 years)
- Experience with Python or R is desirable
- Experience with site measurement and tagging tools
- Experience in an analytical marketing role
Salary & Conditions
- Salary range: 65 – 75k GBP + 12% Bonus
