Use of the Website

The User assumes all responsibility for his/her use of the Website. The Website may provide the User with access to a wealth of texts, charts, drawings, designs, photographs, multimedia content and information (hereinafter, the "Content") held by Uptimal or by third parties.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the content and graphic design of this Website are the exclusive property of Uptimal or of a third party who has authorized their use, and Uptimal holds the exclusive right to exploit them.

Under Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of 12 April, approving the Consolidated Text of the Intellectual Property Act, and Trademark Act 17/2001, of 7 December, as well as complementary legislation, any public reproduction, transmission, adaptation, translation, distribution or communication, including making available or any other form of commercial exploitation and/or amendment of all or part of the content of the Website, is forbidden unless expressly authorized by Uptimal.

Uptimal declares that it has adopted all measures necessary, within its possibilities and the current state of technology, to enable the correct functioning of the Website and the absence of viruses and harmful components. However, Uptimal may not be held responsible for: 1) the lack of continuity and availability of the Content and Services; 2) the presence of errors in said Content or the failure to correct defects; 3) the presence of viruses and/or other harmful components; 4) damages caused by third parties infringing the security systems of Uptimal.

Uptimal may suspend access to the Website temporarily without warning by reason of maintenance, repair, update or improvement operations, communicating the suspension in advance whenever possible.
